Is Easypyro legally liable?
No. The manufacturer(s) and / or seller(s) accept no responsibility whatsoever for any damage, injury or loss resulting directly or indirectly from the use, misuse, function or malfunction of any product. By completing a purchase from Easypyro you understand and accept this disclaimer. The products we sell are for legal use by users familiar with pyrotechnics and fireworks. Safety is entirely the users responsibility and all pyrotechnic material, fireworks and rocket motor safety guidlines should be followed.

What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 28 days of purchase, providing the item has not been used and is completely undamaged. If appropriate a refund or exchange will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please contact us first to obtain authorisation before returning an item.

What is the privacy policy?
Easypyro will not hold financial information such as credit card numbers or bank account details. Easypyro reserves the right to maintain records of customers' purchase history. Easypyro will never sell or distribute customer information to 3rd parties without customers' express permission.

What is the guarantee policy / warrenty?
Easypyro guarantees all items against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover accidental damage or damage sustained outside normal use. Please note that some of our products are not weatherproof and if used outdoors they should be adequately protected to prevent damage.

How do I pay?
You can pay with all major credit and debit cards using the NoChex secure payments system. Credit and debit card transactions are limited to £500 GBP per transaction when using the NoChex secure payments system. For larger values please contact us first. We also accept payment using Paypal, cheques, postal orders and bank transfers. Please contact us if you have any questions and we will be happy to help.
