Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We can send our products almost anywhere in the world! We regularly send our products to continental Europe, America, Canada,  South America, New Zealand and Australia.

Who do you ship with?
We achieve the best possible shipping rates for our customers by using a combination of DHL, UPS, Royal Mail and Parcel Force services. We will select the most cost effective option for your order. However if you have a preferred shipping service please let us know and we will be happy to arrange this.

When will my order arrive?
UK orders will usually arrve within 48 hours of dispatch.
International orders will usually arrive within 2 - 6 days of dispatch.

Can I buy insurance?
If you want to buy insurance we can arrange this at very reasonable rates. This would cover you for loss or damage to your order while in transit. While we make every effort to securely pack and send your order, unfortunately EasyPyro will not be held responsible for any uninsured losses or delays.

Will I get a tracking number?
Generally we will provide an online tracking number for any order dispatched.
