Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We can send our products almost anywhere in the world! We regularly send our products to Europe, USA, Canada,  South America, New Zealand and Australia. Please contact us if you want the best shipping rates for your order.

Who do you ship with?
We achieve the best possible shipping rates for our customers by using a combination of  UPS, FEDEX and UKMail couriers. All customers receive a tracking number with their order. Unlike some other companies we DO NOT use un-tracked Royal Mail for our shipments.

When will my order arrive?
UK orders will usually arrve within 24 hours of dispatch.
International orders will usually arrive within 3 - 7 days of dispatch.

Can I buy insurance?
If you want to buy insurance we can arrange this at very reasonable rates. This would cover you for loss or damage to your order while in transit. While we make every effort to securely pack and send your order, unfortunately EasyPyro will not be held responsible for any uninsured losses or delays.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. We will provide an online tracking number for every order dispatched.
